This was made a while back in 2018 for the Oculus Rift. From my understanding it works with other PCVR HMS's but there is no support if it doesn't work.
Most of the questions etc you might have could be found in the comments on YouTube for this as it was the main page for this project for years:
A realistic virtual reality condo made with unreal engine and running in the oculus rift. In this video I talk about how I created this virtual reality environment and the tools and ideas of how I planned it. Also I talk about the future of virtual reality and how soon are we away to a reality depicted in ready player one.
